Prior to creating food consultancy Beetroot & Orange, Angela was responsible for managing the NPD function for various chilled food categories within the supply bases of Marks and Spencer and several other leading food retailers. Today, alongside her team, she offers freelance consultancy, interim management support and bespoke training to food and drink businesses of all sizes, from SME´s up to blue chip multinationals. Beetroot & Orange can assist with all stages of the development process; from consumer insight and market-gap analysis through to recipe formulations and production trial management.
